This application was designed with a focus on user-friendly input related to nutrition, habits and general health.
Log your sleep quality, mood and energy levels to see how they correlate with your eating and drinking habits and any medications that you might be taking.

Access your information quickly and in real time on our Dashboard that consolidates different KPI’s built with data to show you how healthy you are in terms of your sleep routine, mood and energy!
On each KPI you get insights related to your health that will help you understand the impact of each tracked activity of your day on your general health.
Share data with your physician to engage and improve his/her diagnosis of your general health (feature to be released).
