Budo Strength is a Grappling Strength Training Program provides workout routines for all your main muscle groups geared for grappling. In just three days a week, you can build muscles to power your grappling rolling sessions and help keep your body strong and help reduce and prevent injury. Easy to follow along exercise routines you can do in less than an hour in most gyms.

The app has workouts program that targets posture chain, your core abs, chest, legs, arms and back as well as full body strength and explosive power geared for grappling. All the workouts are designed by experts. Similar to Simple Sinister Strength and 5/3/1 programs to help you build muscle and power for better grappling performance.

Budo strength is a 3 day a week and less than an hour workout and strength building program that you can easily perform while training in BJJ or any other martial arts. The power strength, warm-up and stretching routines are designed to make sure you exercise in a scientific way. With animations and video guidance for each exercise, you can make sure you use the right form during each exercise.
