Une application presque parfaite
Très bonne application de courriel. Elle est très intuitive, au design épuré impeccable. La configuration des comptes est simplissime. Elle offre la possibilité de regrouper tous ses comptes et de vérifier toutes ses boîtes mail à la fois tout en gardant la possibilité de les gérer séparément. De nombreuses options offrent une expérience utilisateur pratique et efficace. Seul ombre au tableau : il n'est pas possible de créer des dossiers depuis l'application. Dommage. J'ai acheté la version ios. Je n'achèterai pas la version MacOS tant qu'il ne sera pas possible de créer des propres dossiers.
Passe à côté de la perfection...
J’attendais depuis longtemps la possibilité de tester ce client mail car j’étais très très intéressé par sa version iOS et Os.
Je dois avouer qu’il n’y a pas grand chose à reprocher à cette application très réussi bien au contraire. Tant graphiquement qu’ergonomiquement parlant, l’interface fonctionne très bien.
Malheureusement, elle ne remplie qu’à moitié LA fonction que je recherche, le tracking. Effectivement, contrairement à la concurrence, Canary ne gère que le « mono » tracking. Un destinataire est parfaitement tracké. En revanche, un envoie groupé ne notifie le tracking qu’une seule fois au premier destinataire qui ouvre le mail... c’est vraiment dommage car je signais direct mais pour avoir testé d’autres clients mails qui notifient l’ouverture INDIVIDUELLE de CHACUN des destinataires lors d’un envoie groupé, j’avoue ne pas pouvoir me laissé tenter.
Avez prévu cette fonction de tracking concernant les envoies de groupe?

Sans doute le meilleur client mail actuel
Canary est un client mail à l’instar de Mail par Apple, Outlook par Microsoft et tant d’autres. Mais il est très performant, les réglages fins permettent une utilisation simple et efficace mais ce qui est à la fois très utile et véritablement étonnant c’est son mode « intelligent » qui permet de recourir à l’intelligence artificielle pour répondre (si l’on en fait la demande évidemment). Les résultats sont d’une pertinence rare. Cela n’a rien à voir avec l’escroquerie intellectuelle qu’est ChatGPT.
Canary devrait logiquement devenir l’outil indispensable pour tous les employés et cadres qui ont de nombreux mails auxquels ils doivent répondre au quotidien. Bravo aux concepteurs !
