Inventory made easy

Inventory is like a tax declaration: No fun but has to be done. The new inventory app of CLARITY & SUCCESS makes the time consuming counting easier converting your smartphone or tablet into a fully functional mobile inventory scanner.
This allows all employees to take an active part in the inventory, even with their own mobile phones scanning labels and counting articles. All data recorded will be transferred automatically into the jeweler management software of CLARITY & SUCCESS.

A permanent connection to Wi-Fi or Internet is not necessary, all data will be stored locally on the device until next synchronization with your PC.
This is how you do it:
1. Scan barcode labels directly at the showcase or in the storage room.
2. Synchronize apps, transfer the saved data and read in the data automatically into the inventory program of CLARITY & SUCCESS.
3. That’s it!
These are the technical requirements for the inventory app:
Wi-Fi or Internet on main PC
Smartphones or tablets from versions iOS11
Screen from 5 inch (12.7 cm), 2GB main memory, Quadcore processor (or faster)
Functioning integrated camera in the device with 8 megapixels at least for speedy and correct readability of the small barcodes on jewellery labels
Integrated lightning in the camera
The connection between the end device and the webservice installed on one of the local PCs of the store is protected by the encryption of the WiFi or by the given security of the network connection.
If synchronization via Internet instead of local LAN is desired, purchase and installation of an SSL certificate is necessary. We will be glad to assist you to choose such a certificate. The costs of that certificate will be borne by the jeweler himself.

Jewellers can use this app on any number of devices during inventory for free similar to a mobile inventory scanner. Using this app, all iOS smartphone or tablet becomes a barcode scanner because of their integrated camera.
During the inventory, all scanned article numbers will be stored locally on the mobile device. Synchronizing with the PC, all scanned data will be deleted on the device and will be saved into the inventory database of the Clarity & Success software.
Integration of the app into the merchandise system of CLARITY & SUCCESS is very easy just by communication of via Wi-Fi or Internet with the main PC.
The inventory app is suitable for iOS smartphones and tablets from versions iOS11 for recording of the articles additionally to the stationary system.

Setting up:
The app is usable only in combination with the jeweller management software of CLARITY & SUCCESS from version 3.0. Additionally a configured Wi-Fi and Internet access are required.
First a web service will be installed and configured by CLARITY & SUCCESS with one-time fee. Use of the app is for free, but it as to be released and configured by CLARITY & SUCCESS fee-based as mentioned above.
