We’ve been listening carefully to your feedback and have worked on enhancing the user experience. Here are some major app improvements:

• We added a Home screen with the most popular options to help you navigate;
• You can always continue your visit where you left in one click from the Home screen;
• It is now possible to purchase multiple tour packages in-app;
• You can use the code several times on the same device if you lost access to your guide for any reason.
• Simplified registration process (fully optional).

Super appli pour se balader tout en profitant des richesses culturelles de la ville!

Sintra

J’ai voulu tester l’application lors de ma visite du château de Sintra mais l’essai était loin d’être concluant. J’ai passé mon temps à relancer l’application qui bloquait sans trop savoir pourquoi.
L’idée est bonne, mais la mise au point reste à faire. Heureusement l’investissement n’était pas énorme.
Je réessaierai dans quelques années.

Inutilisable !

Inutilisable, comme beaucoup, impossible de faire une photo sans avoir à rouvrir l’app et repasser toutes les pistes précédente, sans compter les fenêtres « laissez nous un avis » qui surgissent toutes seules . Avant la moitié de la visite , je n’ai carrément plus pu accéder aux pistes audio, et mon code ayant déjà été entre, il n’était plus valide. Vraiment décevant !!

Dear Mickey1803, we are very sorry you had a bad experience with our app. The mobile operating system controls which apps shall take use of the operating memory at the moment and which shall be closed. The fastest way to get back to the stop if your phone closed the app is via "My CloudGuide" (Menu in the left upper corner) - "My guides" and type the stop number using the Keypad. The code can only be used once, but you can always access all the activated guides via "My CloudGuide". We are constantly working on improving the app performance and are currently looking into ways to simplify access to the last checked stop.
