Bad customer service
It’s hell to reach them! When you need them you call minimum 4-5 times before u can reach someone! They take your info 100 times then « someone will call you back » and they never do!! Having a polite operator is not enough!! Being efficient and responsive is important!!!
STUPIDEST app
They invent you insurance for stupidest things. I don’t understand how people still fall for such things. It’s weird they don’t offer insurance for farting. Like we don’t know how insurance works.
