The application that works with sound, when your iPhone / iPad goes into sleep mode. This feature prevents the battery to be too much discharge when we launch a cardiac coherence cycle.
Your helper to practice cardiac coherence or daily breathing.
Breathe with eyes closed following the soft audio beat for deeper relaxation.
Thanks to your assistant you can :
- customize the session duration
- customize the Inhale to Exhale ratio (relaxing , coherence, energizing )
- customize the number of breaths per minute
- display/hide the time before the end of the cardiac coherence cycle
- customize a delay, so you can get situated before the breathing begins
Thanks to your assistant you can :
- Choose background sound from the available list
- Choose the beat tone sound from the available list
- Select the background image from the available list
- Choose the sound that indicates the switch between inspiration and expiration
Your assistant allows you to :
- To record notes with which you follow the progress of your mood
- To obtain virtual rewards for each session
Cardiac coherence, here is a simple way to reduce stress . It is a breathing exercise that is practiced over a short period of 5 minutes .
Unlike other techniques, it can be used anywhere and anytime. Using this technique you will be able to take a relaxing moment where you want it ; in public transport, in your car, at home. A setting menu allows you to change the preferences depending on when or where you practice exercise.

Bonjour, une fois le compte Premium activé, vous le possédez à vie. Il n'y a pas de limite de temps. Ce n'est donc pas un abonnement. Il est lié à vie avec votre compte Apple Id.
Il est également possible de restaurer le compte premium (si vous réinstallez l'application, ou si vous voulez passer d'un iPad à un iPhone par exemple)

L'appli la plus complète de cohérence cardiaque que j'aie pu trouver sur le store jusqu'à présent.
Je teste la version gratuite et passerait probablement à la version plus.
Les + :
- son et battement qui continue même lorsque l'appli est en tache de fond (seule appli à proposer ça de ce que j'ai testé, un gros +)
- durée et fréquence personnalisable

- rapport inspiration/expiration personnalisable pour accentuer sur l'éveil/attention ou la relaxation, le cœur ayant tendance à accélérer lors de l'inspiration et ralentir lors de l'expiration chez beaucoup de personnes.

- ambiance sonore et battement personnalisable
MAIS: je ne sais pas s'il est proposé des ambiances sonore graduelles (il faut être en version plus pour personnaliser les sons)
J'entends par là un son qui s'amplifierait pour l'inspiration et diminuerait pour l'expiration.
Plus agréable qu'une ambiance sonore quelconque et un simple battement pour avertir de l'inversement de la respiration.
Application sympa pour moment d’apaisement
Ce serait bien d’avoir le choix de l’image en fonction de l’humeur du moment. J’utilise régulièrement l’application au travail ou à la maison.
