L’appareil se déconnecte facilement me semble-t-il...
Sinon pourquoi pas une température de consigne vers le refroidissement. Je met la sonde dans une préparation bouillante avec une température de consigne à 50 degrés. L’appareil sonne quand elle est atteinte. Pour moi cela serait parfait ! Sinon l’ensemble fonctionne correctement.
