WHAT IS COURIER?

Couriier is a messenger service for individuals and professionals that allows you to send and receive by express (on the same day) everything that goes through your head, up to 30kg.
Letter, fold, parcels, keys, doudou, charger, show tickets, drill, glasses ... can now be delivered in hand or in mailbox, to your relatives, friends and collaborators.

HOW IT WORKS ?

You will be delivered the same day, at your own pace. You choose speed and price, before placing your order. In Normal, your shipment will arrive in 4h maximum. In Fast, it will be 2h maximum and if wait is really not your thing, the Flash will deliver you within the hour.

Your shipment will be 100% responsible. Our fleet of couriers is exclusively made up of bicycles. All professionals and all passionate.

Once your race is launched, you will follow the progress directly in the App. In case of unexpected and throughout the processing of your order, our customer service is available on the phone to accompany you and guarantee your delivery.

Once the delivery is made, a photo will guarantee that your shipment has arrived at its destination. It is only then that your payment is validated and transmitted. Your invoice will be sent on your e-mail.
