This is the official mobile app of the National Health Insurance Company - Daman. As a Daman member, you can now conveniently and securely access our electronic services using your smart phone.
The Daman App comes with a host of features that simplify your health insurance:
- The option to select your preferred language (English/Arabic)
- Book an appointment with a doctor in your network across the UAE
1. Search for providers and doctors based on availability, network coverage, proximity, and language preferences.
2. Book an appointment directly from the app once you select your preferred medical provider.
3. Reschedule or cancel any appointment directly from the app.

Existing My Daman members can log in instantly using their username and password. Download and activate the app using your mobile number and ‘Get Started’ today. New members can quickly sign up and use our electronic services on the mobile and website with a single username and password.

Amazing
It takes some time to do the log in process at the beginning (this is normal because of security) but then it is soooo quick to use and user friendly !
I am astonished how quick and simple it is now to ask for refund from medical appointments etc.
Daman app
It’s a long process to log in but then it’s a good tool to find information. The app is clear and easy to use.
2020 and still a very bad mobile app
The mobile app is bad. It’s one of these cross platform technology not updated anymore, extremely bad UX, too slow, every request takes ages.
The insurance: even worse. Every request takes ages to get approved. Every claim is almost rejected d’or stupid reasons such as “bad handwriting”, “missing dates” although invoices and prescriptions contain dates.
We are very far from the standards, from all standpoint of view.
