Shame on you
I think this app is a scam.
When you arrive on the application, you are told that the price of a GP is 20$. I then top up my Wallet by $20. Once I get the appointment, I learn that it is actually 21.5$, as a result: I can not pay with the Wallet, I have to pay by card. The appointment lasts 1 minute and 50 seconds: the doctor tells me to make an appointment in a clinic. It is obviously impossible to get the money back from the Wallet. So I paid 41.5$ for 1 min 50 of useless call.
Making money on sick people trying to feel better is a shame.
Scam,
Credit cards don't work( not my fault, since I tried 4 cards from different country based banks). The doctor voided the call cuz he can't give consultation overseas. Emailed them, no one answered. Why are these info. Not communicated before. Why is it allowed to be on the app of other country outside of Singapore. Not just the app fault, its the appstore fault too for not proving.
