With EML PRO VIEWER, opening EML files on your iPhone or iPad will no longer be a problem.
To use it, touch the EML file in any application, select "Open with .." And select EML PRO VIEWER.
With EML PRO VIEWER you can:

Fait ce qu’on lui demande
Ouverture de fichier EML sans problème avec archivage dans l’application. Application stable. Fonction recherche rapide incluse. Possibilité d’ouverture des pièces jointes comprises dans le fichier (testé uniquement avec pdf).
La chose qu’il faut changer c’est que même annoncé clairement dans la page d’accueil impossible d’ouvrir un fichier EML depuis une autre application. (Testé avec Document, Fichier et OneDrive) tout simplement l’application n’est proposée dans la liste.
Et la touche finale serait de pouvoir convertir en pdf.

Ouvre bien les fichiers .eml
Fait correctement le job y-compris depuis d’autres applications depuis le menu Partager puis ensuite le choix Plus (carré avec 3 petits points) où le choix de cette application apparaît bien.
