Description

Eponyms brings a short description of about 1800 common and obscure medical eponyms (e.g., Rovsing's sign, Virchow's node) to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. A perfect tool to quickly look up the meaning of any eponym.

It uses the beautiful eponym database from Andrew J. Yee (http://www.eponyms.net/).

## Learn Mode

The learn mode allows you to:

• swipe to the left to show a random eponym but not its title
• swipe to the right to show a random eponym title but not its text
• pull down to reveal the hidden info

Learn mode displays eponyms from the category you're currently visiting. This means you can either learn eponyms from a given category, only the ones that you've starred or simply all of them.

## Non-students:

This is the free student version. Please only download the free version while you (still) are a student. Look for the regular version if you're a professional now.

Pleaaaaaaaaase

Très bien mais encore incomplet ...

Vraiment utile d'avoir un petit rappel de certains syndromes mais il en manque encore certains et les descriptions sont parfois un peu légères. Très utile tout de même pour les étudiants en médecine (et le fait qu'il soit en anglais ne devrait pas être un problème : il faut s'y mettre on a pas le choix en médecine !) Je suis sur qu'avec les mises à jour je finirai par lui donner ses 5 étoiles !

A quand une version française?!

Excellente application, très utile effectivement pour les étudiants, et merci de penser a nous en la proposant gratuitement, mais une traduction serait parfois la bienvenue! Je la recommande toutefois, ... aux étudiants!
