EPOS is the first popular science and history magazine for the digital age. Designed for the iPad, EPOS tells the great stories of mankind in the way they deserve to be told: With passion and visual appeal, with videos, audio recordings, interactive maps, and all of the opportunities technology offers us to bring the world’s knowledge to life.

Issue 1 of EPOS – "1914-1918 – The Kaiser’s War“ – tells the story of the First World War and the downfall of the German Empire in a completely new way. Issue 2 – “Happiness – Exploring our Deepest Desire,” – tells you inspiring and intriguing facts and stories about a strong human emotion.

Still and moving images and illustrations make EPOS a far more impressive experience than a print magazine could ever offer.

EPOS was designed by and for readers. You can navigate through the entire app by scrolling through the text on the left of your screen. All additional content is displayed when and where it adds to the text and enriches the story told in EPOS.

EPOS concentrates on what really matters to offer you a vivid and captivating reading experience – the essence of good storytelling today, as it has always been throughout history.

Please enable wifi on your iPad for the download. No online connection is required while using the app itself: Read, watch, and experience EPOS anywhere and anytime.

This app requires iOS 7.1. EPOS unfortunately does not support older first generation iPads.
