Je tiens à vous féliciter pour votre innovation ! J’ai utilisé l’application pour louer un ballon de basket et c’était vraiment simple et rapide.
Je dois souligner que la procédure est effectivement rapide puisqu'il n'est pas nécessaire de fournir une pièce d'identité ou une carte bancaire. Cependant, cela pourrait entraîner une augmentation des vols. Par conséquent, je pense qu'il serait plus prudent de demander un justificatif d'identité.
En tout cas, si vous avez besoin d’avis ou d’aide pour des tests, ce sera avec plaisir que je vous assisterai !

Merci beaucoup de votre commentaire.
Il est vrais que nous travaillons sur la confiance mais nous avons aussi de très bons outils pour prévenir contre le vol. Pour l'instant nous avons plus de 200 stations, 20'000 joueurs et 50'000 réservations et les vols restent une exception.
