Description

Download the Hrvatski Telekom EV charging app and get the best service at more than 250 charging points in Croatia.
Find charging points and pay for your charging sessions easily and securely.
Get navigated to charging points where Hrvatski Telekom provides the charging service.

To use the charging service, it is necessary to register a user account in the app.
Adding funds to the user account is possible via credit cards.

Functionalities:
• Photo and exact location of charging points
• Latest price information for each individual charging point
• Cost overview of charging sessions and invoice download
• Simple funds top-up to user account via credit cards
• Information on opening hours of charging points
• Displaying availability of charging points
• Filter your search results by different criteria: charging power, type of charging connector,...
• Navigation to charging point of your choice
• Start and stop your charging session via the app
• Storing locations of charging points as favourites
• Customer service available in case of issues

Not working

I tried to use the app to charge in Pula Marina. First of all I was forced to accept terms & conditions on Croatian (not possible in English) and then to charge my account with credit. After lots of trial to activate the charge I came to the conclusion that the charging station was not working which was not mentioned in the app. After this bad experience I asked the support to refund the credit which was refused by saying that it is written in terms & condition (that I was not able to understand). This company doesn’t even respect law that allows a 14 days period of withdrawal. Fraudulent service to avoid !!!
