Firenzecard app is your exclusive guide to museums in Florence and a handy way to manage all your Firenzecards directly from your smartphone. Browse the offering of more than 60 of Florence’s cultural heritage sites and save your favourites to help plan your visit. You’ll find practical information you need like museum opening hours and locations, as well as helpful tips and more to enhance your experience of the Renaissance city. Furthermore, the Firenzecard app is an essential tool to use Firenzecard Restart, which adds 48 hours to an expired card to visit any museums you missed.
Main advantages:
• Upload your Firenzecard and Firenzecard Restart on your smartphone.
• Use the app to activate Restart within 12 months of your Firenzecard’s expiry for an additional 48 hours of art! This feature is only available via the app.
• Access more than 60 museums in the Firenzecard circuit; the card allows you to visit each one once in 72 hours from your first entry.
• Children in your nuclear family visit free with Firenzecard! Add the minors, aged under 18, to your card in the app.

Merci à la Firenzecard et ses accès privilégiés ! Quel bonheur de visiter tous ces musées sans faire la queue. Seul bémol: il est parfois difficile de savoir par où passer pour profiter de cet accès, les panneaux sont plus ou moins clairs...

Avoir la carte Restart n’est pas très clair.

Bonjour,
La Firenze card est facile à utiliser et indispensable quand on souhaite visiter plusieurs musées. Les réservations préalables fluidifient le flot des touristes. En revanche, les instructions ne sont pas claires pour retirer les billets à la galerie de l’académie ou à la galerie des offices.
