Finalement très satisfaite !
Après avoir rencontré quelques difficultés pour connecter ma brosse à l’application. Tout est finalement rentré dans l’ordre grâce au service client, merci d’avoir fait le nécessaire pour me satisfaire ! Tout fonctionne parfaitement avec ma nouvelle Luna 3 🙂

Cher client, je suis triste d’entendre parler de cela. S’il vous plaît noter que les pépins ont été corrigés avec la dernière mise à jour de l’application alors s’il vous plaît assurez-vous de l’installer. N’oubliez pas non plus que vous pouvez utiliser votre LUNA 3 en mode hors ligne, sans l’application si vous préférez. J’espère sincèrement que cela aide! Salutations les plus gentilles, Nick
Ufo
Pour le coup c’est mon deuxième appareil, ufo et je fais le même constat qu’à partir de deux barres de batterie. L’appareil se déconnecte malheureusement à chaque fois je gâche le masque, qui est quand même aussi onéreux.
Arnaque
Après avoir téléchargé l application je me retrouve avec un prélèvement mensuel de 3.99 dont je connais pas la raison,impossible de joindre quelqu’un car l adresse recue avec la facture est fausse
