FormConnect is an easy to use app for designing and filling out forms for use on your iPhone and iPad. Its simple design allows you to customize the forms the way you want them to look.

The app comes with several pre-built templates to choose from. Pick whichever one you like or build your own. Customize your form to accept text, dates, check boxes, pick lists, radio buttons, photographs and signatures fields.

• Added the ability to change the font size of the Signature field.
• Choose from various ink colors for the signature field.
• Allowed the decimal point to be extended beyond two when performing a calculation.
• Optimized the process for loading a large number of forms.
• Fixed an issue where the app's toolbar icons were overlapping with the dynamic island status bar that displays on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro models.
• Fixed an issue that was preventing some users from exporting forms to the Box cloud service.
• Fixed an issue where some of the form settings on the home screen were not displaying.

Very promising alternative to Bento4

After several weeks of testing of different kind of applications as alternatives to Bento 4, I inadvertently discovered FormConnect and quickly got addicted since it met almost everything I needed. My future expectation to make it perfect would be:
O cross platform sync through GDrive, iCloud or Dropbox, i.e. Phone, desktop and iPad syncs
O full screen mode for better form real estate,
O http and phone number auto recognition redirecting to the corresponding application
O new fields format such as radio buttons
Anyway, good start, keep going.

Très bon début... Mais

Je cherchais depuis longtemps ce type d'apprendre indispensable pour créer des formulaires et utiliser l'iPad professionnellement au maximum. J'étais séduit par Bento mais,le Hic c'est qu'il est impossible d,envoyer ces formulaire par Pdf .. cette app le permets mais gros bug lors de l'insertion de notes ou signatures. L'App plante systématiquement. Une mise à jour svp. Merci

Appli très prometteuse qui peut déjà rendre de grands services, cependant certains bugs de taille persistent, il faut donc que les développeurs s'activent à les corriger avant que l'on se détourne de cette belle application.
