Glofox was hacked in November 2020 and all usernames and passwords leaked and sold on dark web.

App not efficient

Have to delete and redownloqd the app every few weeks as I’m constantly automatically logged out and my gym becomes impossible to find with the research bar.

We want to assure you that logging out is a security measure we have in place to protect your account and personal information. However, we understand that frequent logouts can be frustrating, so we recently released a fix that should prevent regular app users from being logged out. If you still experience these issues, let us know at mobilefeedback@glofox.com.
Additionally, if you could also share the name and location of your gym that you're typing in the search bar. It's important to note that you don't need to uninstall and reinstall the app every few weeks to resolve these issues. By reaching out to us with the requested information, we can investigate and work towards a resolution.
