Back issues and current issues are available for purchase within the App.

The subscription will include the current issue if you do not already own it and subsequently published future issues. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price.

Good Housekeeping

Updating to this I did lose some of my previous downloads. Was finally solved but not quick. Also have had problems when downloading doesn't complete the task. Only option is to delete app and reinstall! Somewhat a sleigh hammer to crack a nut resolution!

Latest edition still not available

Paid for a 12 month subscription from March. Although the September edition has been out for some time in print the digital version is still not available. Contacted the developer and Apple. Both deny responsibility so if new versions don’t appear on the app I will have paid for a whole year but just have access to 6 editions. I want my money back!
