Hi Titi, thanks for your feedback. You can always share the QR code with family, this way someone else can make use of it. On our website we explain how this works. The QR code is stored in our own app to be able to prevent everyone from fake tickets an unwanted resales. In the payment confirmation there is also a button to check your tickets online without using the app. Cheers, GUTS
