The FREE Growing Well Growing Healthy app is designed to help parents take control of their child's weight and BMI and help young people maintain a healthy lifestyle. This app allows parents and children to track activity, food and fluid intake as well as accepting rewards for completing healthy tasks. Get in touch with the team via the contact section to receive more information on how we can work closer with you in the communities of Stockton of Tees to take you on a journey to a healthier, happier you.
