Use the virtual trainer, our model, to check how to properly do fitness exercises and to see which muscles you’ll use while exercising. You can also check your workout plans on Apple Vision Pro or Apple TV.

The app is full of features—70+ features, 800+ exercises with 3D-animations, many workouts and 65+ statistics are waiting for you on iPhone, and 25+ features on the watch. You'll find everything in the unlimited Premium version. Download the app for free. Use the Premium version free for 7 days—then stay with us if you like what you experience. You can select to pay monthly or yearly, both start with the free trial. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You'll find a feature list in the Settings menu, the price of monthly and yearly fee in your currency in the Shop. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's App Store Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Vraiment bien

Je l’utilise tous les jours. Il pourrait juste avoir la possibilité de sauter le temps de repos au milieu. Par exemple : j’ai programmé le repos pour 45s mais au but des 30s je me sens prêt à reprendre la prochaine série, si je tape la Watch, l’appli saute la série et pas seulement la pause. Mais en général il est le mieux que j’ai testé.

Formidable

Je poste rarement un avis, mais là franchement cette appli est formidable, aussi bien sur le tel que sur la montre, il faut passer un peu de temps au début pour la maîtriser et après c'est une tuerie, j'en ai testé bcp avant mais j'ai définitivement adopté celle la, bravo aux développeurs, manque juste le français, allez un petit effort.

Super application

Je trouve cette application vraiment bien faite très complète avec des petites animations pour bien expliquer les mouvements effectués, Dommage elle n’est pas dispos en français!
