Équipe super réactive ..
Suite à la création de 2 comptes avec la même adresse mail ( une avec mon mail , une autre via Apple ... c’est plutôt simple d’ailleurs d’avoir plusieurs comptes ! ) j’ai cru avoir perdu mes données . Mais l’équipe d’Healico a démêlé rapidement mon problème en moins de 24h . Et mes données et photos sont retrouvées !

App très utile au quotidien
Grâce à Healico, je peux poser des questions à mes collègues dans le chat et faire plus facilement mes transmissions. Toutes les données et photos sont au même endroit, je ne perds plus de temps à chercher les info !
File patients
Il faudrait que la file active de patients soit mieux organisée, par ordre alphabétique par exemple …

Depuis mardi, et la mise à jour de l'app vos patients sont classés automatiquement par activité. Les patients avec l'activité la plus récente s'affiche en haut.
