Très bien sans aucun doute!

Je fais des respiration depuis 1990 pratiquement 20 minutes tous les jours, oui je suis constant:-) Mais sans que je retienne ma respiration dans une phase or je viens de lire un livre sur l’oxygénation «Oxygen advantage» et la phase de retenue est capitale car elle augmente le CO2. (forcément) et le paradoxe est que la quantité de CO2 augmentant, les globules rouge normalement saturés en oxygène vont délivrer plus de cet oxygène au muscle et aux organe, ce paradoxe a un nom qui m’échappe. Le coeur étant un muscle recevant plus d’oxygène vas donc se renforcer et mieux se porter. En faisant cela si on un un oxymètre, ce petit appareil qui contrôle l’oxygénation du sang qu’on met au bout du doigt chez le cardiologue (j’en ai au un) le % d’oxygène va baisser on pourrait croire que c’est mauvais erreur c’est parce qu’il est délivré aux muscle en plus grande quantité ce qui augmente les performances sportives et diminue la fatigabilité. Ces exercises respiratoires peuvent avoir des résultats miraculeux ou presque entre autre pour les asthmatiques et les problèmes cardio vasculaire et l’Hypertension en particulier

Je suis asthmatique depuis longtemps et elle m’aide vraiment à respirer mieux et me détendre.
