Syncing with platforms like Strava can be a fiddly, laborious process and the results aren’t always great. HealthFit solves this by syncing automatically in the background after every workout. So you don’t have to lift a finger, it just works. It can even sync your entire workout history.

With support for more than 25 platforms (see below), HealthFit is fitness hub, keeping all your workout data in sync.

WORKOUTS: THE ACTIVITY FEED YOU REALLY NEED

Browse your workouts in the Activity Feed, with route maps, photos and essential stats all visible at a glance. Tap on a workout for a treasure trove of essential insights, like customizable Heart Rate Zones, Training Load and Recovery Times. You can even log which bike or shoes you use, to monitor usage and flag when it’s time to replace them.

HealthFit finds photos you take during your workouts automatically, bringing your activity feed to life with stunning images you can share on social media.

RUNNING POWER ANALYSIS

HealthFit provides advanced running power analysis with the automatically estimated critical power, the weighted average power, the power distribution chart by 25W Increments and the mean maximal power chart which shows your best average power for time periods of one second up to the length of your run.

Indispensable pour exploiter la base de données de Santé

HealthFit est tout simplement le compagnon indispensable de l’appli Exercice. Il me permet de transférer rapidement et surtout automatiquement (sans même avoir besoin de lancer l’appli) l’ensemble de mes activités vers Strava. Dorénavant, chaque fois que je mets fin à une activité dans Exercice, elle apparaît sur Strava dans les secondes qui suivent, sans autre action de ma part que celle de déverrouiller mon iPhone.

Mais HealthFit est aussi bien pratique pour extraire ponctuellement telle ou telle activité de la base de données Santé, au format FIT.

Régulièrement mise à jour et augmentée de nouvelles fonctions qui la rendent toujours plus utile, cette appli est un élément indispensable de ma boîte à outils logiciels de sportif.

Pour résumé …

L’application brille vraiment dans sa partie sportive. Les graphiques détaillés permettent de suivre nos performances de manière précise, et de savoir si nous avons tout donné ou non lors de nos entraînements. Cela offre une excellente visibilité sur notre progression et notre engagement.

Cependant, je trouve que la partie santé de l’application est en retrait par rapport à la partie sportive. Elle n’apporte pas grand-chose de plus que ce que propose déjà l’application Santé d’Apple. J’aurais aimé que l’application prenne toutes les données disponibles et nous offre une synthèse claire, comme le font d’autres plateformes telles que Garmin ou Bevel. Un pourcentage de forme du jour, par exemple, ou une analyse détaillée de notre état de santé et de bien-être serait une vraie valeur ajoutée.

Aujourd’hui, la partie santé de l’application manque d’une vraie plus-value, ce qui est dommage car elle a un grand potentiel. Je pense qu’avec quelques améliorations dans ce domaine, l’application pourrait devenir un outil incontournable pour ceux qui souhaitent suivre à la fois leurs performances sportives et leur bien-être général.

Calculer « un pourcentage de forme du jour » relève du charlatanisme. C’est pour cette raison qu’Apple refuse de le faire.

Application parfaite

La meilleure application pour le suivi de course en parallèle avec le site runanalyze pour moi. Mon Apple Watch montre enfin tout son potentiel et il n’est plus nécessaire d’installer d’autre appli comme strava ou autre. Tout reste privé si vous le souhaitez et vraiment privé vu que ça reste dans votre tel. Il faudrait que le dev permette qu’on puisse lui faire un don car d’une application de synchronisation il est en traine de la transformer en application complète de suivi de sport ! Merci en tout cas de ne pas avoir cédé à la mode de l’abonnement !
