Génial !!
Retraité, vivant à la campagne au milieu de nul part, n’ayant jamais cuisiné, n’aimant pas les légumes, devant m’occuper de mon épouse handicapée, lorsque des amis sont venus nous voir et nous ont parlé d’Hello Fresh, j’étais septique, mais j’ai quand même voulu essayer.
C’est génial, commandes faciles avec un grand choix de plats, prix très honnêtes, livraison au fin fond de ma campagne, une fiche cuisine très bien faite et des poches contenant tous les ingrédients. J’adore préparer ces bons petits plats, et mon épouse les déguste avec appétit, les quantités sont parfaites, le goût, les saveurs, la présentation, l’originalité et voilà que je mange des légumes, que je découvre des mets inconnus ou rejetés jusque là, épinards, orzo, mâche, je suis devenu un pro du ciselage de l’ail et de l’oignon, je m’amuse comme un fou, et en plus c’est bon. Vous aurez compris que je recommande très fortement, c’est trop bon, trop bien.

J’ai vu beaucoup d’avis négatifs se plaignant par exemple d’avoir été prélevé sans qu’ils n’aient commandé. Désolée pour eux mais si on sait lire, tout est indiqué, et pas en petit dans un coin, c’est clairement indiqué. L’application est très simple d’utilisation, la nourriture fraîche, viande française, très peu d’emballage. Je ne m’attendais à rien et j’ai été très agréablement surprise. Je consomme actuellement ma deuxième box et j’en suis ravie. Un choix de plat très varié, j’ai même mangé des brocolis 2 fois alors que je ne supporte pas d’habitude ! On peu très bien suspendre une semaine ou plusieurs si les plats ne nous conviennent pas. Même le service client est génial ! Si vous ne voulez pas vous embêter avec trop de courses ou à chercher des recettes, n’hésitez plus!

Au départ tentés par les réductions (soyons honnêtes) et la rassurance des amis sur la flexibilité du système, nous commençons l’aventure ….
Puis rapidement l’expérience devient délicieuse voir addictive : d’abord c’est très bon, ensuite c’est simple et enfin le temps gagné à gérer les courses à l’arrache est énorme !
Une proposition d’amélioration : pouvoir tout voir dans la vue porte monnaie. En effet, à part les réductions qui s’affichent, impossible de savoir combien est dépensé par semaine, par mois. C’est tout de même important de pouvoir trouver cette info en un click, tout comme c’est facile avec l’application d’ajouter des menus ou de les modifier. S’il vous plaît l’équipe Hello Fresh, faites cela. Merci
