HKTaxi - Taxi Hailing App 4+

Very useful and good !

When you move in Hong Kong with taxi, that's what you need.
It would be perfect if when we touch the taxi icon on the map, we can read the licence plate of the taxi, the number of seats (4 or 5) or maybe photos if the driver wants so. Then if we could choose to call THiS taxi, it would be perfect if we can touch a button "Check disponibility (and book)". That's a suggestion of my idea.
But it's a cool app.

Online support is just a disaster

Don’t expect any help on the whatsapp number. If someone replies to you by chance 4 hours later, the message is always the same : « we will transmit yout request to the availbale service ». It seems impossible to have a reply to a very simple technical question (how can I modify my email address on my account in order to receive my receipts??? ).

This application don’t care absolutely to all disappoint and continue to match with some insane driver
We complain that we face bad situation and answer was sorry we are only matching…

No refund, no compensation
Poor service
