Sorry to say I m very disappointed, account lock done, all pre registered safety question failed when answered it, I did not have mobile phone banking pin, my relationship manager not able to reply nor able to support and the hotline from Hong Kong people do not understand or speak properly English and reacting like robot! I do have big investments in that bank therefore I was expecting proper support ! Some drastic action might need to be done from my side, moving out to city bank
Best banking software
HSBC is a difficult bank and also is an expensive bank BUT has one of the best internet banking services.
