Description
If you are a member of a brand community or a customer service agent, you can now advise online shoppers on your brand's website at any time, whether you're at home, on public transport or enjoying some downtime.
With iAdvize, you can:
- chat with users on the website of a brand
- get notified when you receive a new message or a new conversation
- browse ongoing conversations
- measure your impact on visitor satisfaction and monitor the evolution of chat conversations you can handle
- if you're a member of a brand community, you can also interact in real-time with other experts using the livefeed
iAdvize is a messaging application that allows professional agents or members of a brand community to chat with website visitors in real-time and offer them assistance.
To use this app, members need to be invited or approved by the brand.

Pas mal mais trop de beug viennent entacher son efficacité
Notifications absente Ou obligation de se déconnecter de l appli et le la rouvrir pour voir la conversation enfin s afficher
Des points à améliorer
Bonne appli mais des petits soucis à régler.
Si l’on ferme l’application pour en consulter une autre, ou si le téléphone se met en veille, cela nous déconnecte automatiquement. Il faut que je désactive la mise en veille de mon téléphone pour garder mon écran constamment allumé sur l’appli... et la batterie s’épuise vite.
Aussi pas de possibilité de consulter le back up admin via l’appli, ou de consulter les réponses pré enregistrées qui ne sont d’ailleurs pas facile à choisir avec cette barre qui défile.
Administration / supervision
Je suis administrateur, je ne peux pas voir les discussions en cours ou l’historique des conseillers.
J’ai un emploi de temps chargé, je suis souvent en mobilité, le mobile est souvent mon accès direct pour interagir avec nos api et outils de pilotage.
Cette application ne me permet pas de faire ça. Je dois ouvrir l’outil sur un navigateur non adapté.
