Après mise à jour au firmware de mon Systeme zodiac exo iq, la programmation à distance fonctionne. Bonne nouvelle.
On attend les alertes car indispensable en cas de souscris...
Problème d’info et perte du wifi.
Bonjour. Depuis la dernière mise à jour le statut sur l’application ne correspond pas parfois au fonctionnement de la PaC. Par exemple en stand by alors que la PaC fonctionne normalement. Impossible de choisir entre boost ou silencieux En désactivant le wifi sur la box l’application indique toujours en ligne (ce qui est impossible). Une coupure générale de la PaC ramène tout à la normal. A présent perte du Wifi et impossible de reconnecter la pompe en suivant la procédure. Donc plus d’application qui fonctionne ! Réponse au mail, voyez votre revendeur. Il ne développe pas l’application qui ne fonctionne plus mon Pisciniste. Service au particule pour iAquaLink pitoyable. Plus jamais Zodiac !
Nouvelle mise à jour fin Juin. Et de nouveau des problèmes. Statut ne correspond pas au fonctionnement. Prise en compte de la baisse de température ne fonctionne pas. La PAC fonctionne correctement mais l’application et les développeurs ont des progrès à faire.
Appli ne marche pas !
Après l’avoir installée en début de saison, après trois mois l’application ne marche plus. Elle est soit disant en cours d’amélioration… Impossible de contacter Zodiac. Mon revendeur n’a pas eu plus de chance. Aucun retour. J ’ai payé plus cher pour une pompe à chaleur que je peux contrôler à distance. Que comptez-vous faire ? Je souhaite un remboursement si vous ne pouvez faire fonctionner votre appli.
