“Japanese, Chinese, and English”
Official courses are offered for studying Japanese, Chinese, and SAT English. The Japanese courses cover the 6,000 most commonly used words in Japanese. The Chinese courses cover the 2,000 most commonly used words in spoken Chinese and over 1,200 words commonly used in newspapers and magazines. (All Chinese courses are available in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.) All words have sample sentences and audio.

iKnow! presents items in a spaced rehearsal pattern optimized for efficient learning. iKnow! adapts to differences in learning speeds and item difficulty, constantly measuring memory and predicting performance across all of your items. iKnow! does this by tracking your performance and then predicting your optimal review time on an item-by-item basis.
All you have to do is push the study button, and iKnow! tells you what to learn.

La clef du vocabulaire japonais
J'ai déjà passé 140h sur iKnow qui m'ont permises d'apprendre les 2100 mots de vocabulaire les plus courants, autant dire qu'en quelques mois mon niveau a très vite augmenté.
Je conseillerai à tout débutant en japonais de commencer par apprendre les kanas, la base fondamentale de la grammaire (ça tient en 10 courtes leçons), les 100 premiers kanjis, puis de passer quelques mois à apprendre du vocabulaire sur iKnow (au moins le core 1000) tout en continuant les kanjis. Le vocabulaire est le moteur de toute langue, et iKnow simplifie cela en fournissant le vocabulaire dans l'ordre d'importance, avec image, exemple, audio, et rappel en fonction de vos résultats sur chaque mots.
L'application contient tout ce que le site permet, ce que je trouve assez incroyable.

Good on PC
On pc it’s a very good but on this app, can’t change language in English. Only in Japanese.

The interface language of iKnow! mobile app is dependent on the language of the Operating System.
In iOS, you have a main language and a list of preferred languages. If your main language is English or Japanese, you will get the iKnow! app interface in that language. But if your main language is something else like French, it will use the list of preferred languages to select the interface language.
So please set your "preferred language order" to French, and then English. After that it's OK to select any other language included in Japanese. Then, even if your main OS language is French, you can use iKnow in English.

A really good app to learn and practice a lot of Japanese vocabulary by level. I would like to skip kanji part when I don't know them yet.
