We apologize for the delay in response. Please indicate whether you received an answer and receive your ticket to your email. Always ticket are sent to the mail writed in the booking.
With the begin of the war in Ukraine, our company had problems with a large number of incoming requests and the inability to respond to all customers immediately. This bug has now been fixed as we understand that customers should receive an immediate response to their contact with our company.
