Description
Infomaniak Check was created to simplify identity verification procedures and strengthen the security of your account.
This app allows you to securely transfer the requested elements if you lose your login details, to request the deactivation of dual authentication, to unblock your account or to verify certain orders and/or payments.
Depending on the situation, the application will ask you for:
- Verification by SMS
- Your location
- A copy of your ID document
- A selfie
kCheck requires a request for identity verification from the support team and an Infomaniak account.

Cette application n’est utile QUE pour les clients d’Infomaniak pour des achats effectués sur leur shop.
A quoi ça sert ?
Normalement devrait permettre la récupération de son compte en prouvant son identité. J’ai suivi la procédure, envoi d’un document officiel type carte d’identité. Un message m’indique que dans un délai de 2 heures je serai informé de la suite donnée à ma requête. 3 jours après j’attends encore !!! Qu’est devenu mon document officiel ? Cela permet de douter de la sécurité et de la confidentialité tant mise en avant par Infomaniak.
