A TOTAL RIP OFF
Extremely slow and bad sync, dozens of hidden costs, a "support" team that is SO INCOMPETENT that I'm planning to write a short story about them! Not only they don't understand simple English sentences of more than four letters, but their automated dispatcher will send to different people each time an answer is to be formulated, and since they apparently DON'T read the thread, one has to REEXPLAIN every time THE WHOLE story! Ludicrous. Finally I was refunded a measly 62€ , after spending more than 130€, refusing to be forced into purchasing additional 208$ "service", and spending days in correspondence (even after purchasing their "privileged" support that reportedly should allow a response "within the hour", their minimum reaction time is about 28 hrs), thus conning customers tired by their incompetence into just abandoning ). DON'T START WITH THEM, their reviews are a bunch of artificially complacent fakes from their friends or employees probably. VERY DIFFICULT to quit. Non kept promises. Extremely poor support team. Extremely bad commercial team.
