Latvia, but whole world. Karosta is one of the most exceptional sights in Latvia. You

This place was chosen at the end of the 19th century for the military objectives of the

Today, Karosta, once the port of Emperor Alexander III, is a magnet for the curious
people. Harsh and at the same time romantic, this mysterious pearl of Liepāja is
