HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Define your race and set your objective.
2. Assess your running level to confirm the objective.
3. Choose your available training days.
Import activities from your Garmin GPS, Polar, Suunto, Coros, or Fitbit watch or directly from Decathlon ecosystem apps (Connect, Coach, or E-connected).
Debrief: After each training session, share your feedback so we can improve your plan based on your feelings, performance, fitness, and more.

Meet our team:
Jérôme Sordello: A coach, instructor, fitness trainer, and author of "La Bible du Running," Jérôme brings a wealth of practical and scientific insights to analyse various disciplines and support athletes in their pursuits.
Thomas Planque: An official VAFA coach, Thomas leverages his coaching experience to shape the foundational principles of the Decathlon Pacer app.
Cédric Morio: An R&D engineer at SportsLab, Decathlon's Research & Development arm, Cédric holds a PhD in Sports Science and serves as the mastermind behind Decathlon Pacer. He is also a state-certified Athletics instructor and contributes as an associate editor to the esteemed "European Journal of Sport Science."

Superbe application pour débuter ou se perfectionner en course à pieds et préparer une course.
L’application permet de créer un programme de course qui s’adapte au niveau de chacun et évolue en fonction, c’était exactement ce que je recherchais. Point positif supplémentaire: les séances peuvent être exportées sur une montre connectée et permettent de suivre les étapes de course et l’allure conseillée.
J’aime beaucoup la possibilité de donner son ressenti après chaque séance.

Il y a néanmoins quelques points à améliorer comme la possibilité de modifier son objectif au cours du programme ainsi que le nombre de séance d’entraînement par semaine. Il serait également sympa de pouvoir ajouter manuellement une séance de natation, cyclisme, ski…

Bonne appli

Je l’utilise depuis plusieurs mois maintenant sur plusieurs plans d’entraînement et de courses. Mais ça manque d’une amélioration : il faudrait que l’on puisse enregistrer plusieurs plans d’entraînement pour différentes courses. Par exemple : j’ai une course en septembre de 24 km, une en octobre de 10 km et une en novembre de 16 km. J’aimerais pouvoir enregistrer tous cela et obtenir un plan pour les 3 différentes courses

Simple et efficace

J’adore l’application tout est simple et intuitif seul bémol pour moi qu’il faudrait améliorer au plus vite c’est la possibilité de rajouter/modifier son nombre de séance par semaines au fur et à mesure du plan ainsi que de choisir une fourchette de volume de km par semaine qui peut être un peut léger parfois.
