Escale de 3 h00 reporter à 24h00?
J’ai acheter le 20 avril 2022 un aller Nantes Izmir avec un escale de 2h40 à Bâle pour le 30/06 et retour identique Izmir Nantes avec escale à Bâle pour le 19 juillet 2022 , je viens de recevoir un message comme quoi mon escale à Bâle était reporter à 24h00 ??? Je fait quoi pendant 24 h00 a l’aéroport de Bâle ???pour un vol le 20/07 je dors sur les bancs avec ma famille ??? Je prend une chambre d’hôtel ??? 500€ pour 4 personne qui paye les frais??? J’étais censée reprendre mon travail la nuit du 19/07 je n’ai même pas encore commencé mes vacances que c’est déjà beaucoup de stress, impossible de joindre qui que ce soit ! Je ne suis même pas sûr de pouvoir avoir mes billet d’embarquement quelle galère ???? Plus jamais kiwi !!

Cartes d'embarquement
Cartes d'embarquement aller 3 sur 4 petit problème. Pour 3 le kiwi il me fait check-in , le dernier trajet vers destination finale non. J'étais obligé de envoyé des e-mails et des heures supplémentaires perdu pour recevoir finalement le ticket. Si non j'étais obligé de passer à quiches sur place dans le aéroport , la grande risque de payer en plus parsque je dépasse le délai de check-in. Bien à savoir que le voyage je le assuré quelques mois avant et je bien enregistré mes données personnelles pour les check-ins entières. Heureusement pendant la journée de voyage je reçu le dernier carte d'embarquement, dans un bon délai et grâce à lui je pouvais continuer mon voyage. J'étais très enquête par tout que ce passe. Mais finalement tout va bien.
Problème bagages
Tout s’est bien passé jusqu’à ce que je reçoive mes cartes d’embarquement: pour le 1er vol, bagages autorisés par contre pour le second uniquement le droit à un petit bagage type sac à main!
J’ai beau vérifier sur ma résa ça n’est jamais spécifié et bien sûr impossible de contacter qui que ce soit en français, hotline en anglais uniquement disponible.
Bref réfléchissez avant de vous lancer à moins d’être aguerri
