Simple efficace et motivante
App très simple, avec une visibilité sur l’argent économisé, le temps de vie gagné… de quoi visualiser l’impact assez rapidement après avoir arrêté. Et on peut voir également les effets positifs de l’arrêt du tabac sur 10 ou 15 ans, ce qui est TRÈS motivant.
