Configure audio - adapt to your sleeping stage: pause your sounds or fade audio out into coloured noise to protect your sleep from disturbance.
Use audio from any audio app - e.g. Audible, Spotify, Podcasts etc. It works with whatever you like to listen to when relaxing.
Data tracking and insights - build an understanding of your sleep, and see how your audio usage and behaviours affect your sleep over time.

Vous ne mettez pas votre téléphone en mode avion quand vous dormez ?
Les musiques sont diffusées en streaming ? Il n'y a pas moyen d'avoir cela en local ?
Très déçue 😞
J’utilise depuis quelques mois car j’ai acheté les écouteurs (très chers) et maintenant il faudrait que je m’abonne pour avoir accès à l’application….c’est une blague !!!! L’application n’est pas suffisamment intéressante et fiable (les statistiques de sommeil sont mauvaises). Je ne m’abonnerai pas et vais m’arranger avec d’autres applications….
Quite pathetic considering the price
First we paid north of 150€ to wait for month past schedule, now we must pay to use an app that barely offers any more functionality than a white noise generator, requiring an internet connection to do so…
Oh and… fading, the only good feature, does not work anymore on iOS 17.4…
