Help Problème de téléchargement

Bonjour J’ai téléchargé le pack de sons Korg Module « Performance Expansion » Il a bien fonctionné pendant les 7 jours d’essai puis les sons se sont grisés et quand j’ai acheté le pack, les sons se sont encore téléchargés mais sans aboutir. Les sons sont maintenant toujours grisés et ne fonctionnent donc pas Il est maintenant impossible de recommencer car dans le store de module, le pack est marqué « installed ». Le paiement a bien été encaissé pourtant. S’il vous plaît avez vous une solution ?
Merci d’avoir apporté la solution à mon problème par le site de Korg.
A présent j’ai le souci d’avoir un son vraiment trop faible, même en branchant sur différentes enceintes amplifiées.

Hi, sorry for the issue. Could you try delete and re-install the pack again? To do so: (1) Launch the app (2) Go to Store pane. (3) Tap the "Your Items" button located at the top left. (4) Swipe left the Performance Expansion item in the list. (5) Tap the delete button. (6) Then tap the download button to restore.

Mais impossible de changer un module acheté, que j’avais essayé

Super mais un bug vide ma batterie

Rien à dire sur la qualité du module, je peux jouer du clavier avec des sons de grande qualité et j’en suis ravi.
MAIS, parce qu’il y a un mais, depuis quelques temps, si j’oublie de forcer l’application a quitter, celle-ci vide ma batterie en arrière plan, et ça c’est pas cool.
J’ai tenté de contacter le support mais n’y suis pas parvenu.
Cela mériterait une mise à jour
