• How does Laundryheap work?
Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.
• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.
• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.
• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Ce serait bien d’indiquer que le(s) sac(s) remis pour la collecte du linge ne nous sera (seront) pas rendu(s) lors de la livraison du linge lavé.

Bonne idée, mais tout est à revoir dans la pratique
Si vous voulez qu’on prenne vos chemises à un endroit (au bureau) et qu’on vous les ramène à un autre (chez vous), c’est l’erreur de livraison assurée, et on vous facture 5€ par livraison ratée (j’en suis à 2 de suite) qu’on vous promet de vous rembourser sur votre prochaine commande (en tout cas pour la première, j’aurai la réponse pour la seconde peut-être demain, mais ma carte bancaire a déjà été débitée de 2x5€ parce qu’ils livrent à la mauvaise adresse) ?!?!?
Aussi, si vous cherchez de l’aide, bonne chance !!! Le service client n’a pas de téléphone depuis l’application, et ne répond que par e-mail le lendemain (chat impossible en soirée alors que les livraisons sont proposées jusqu’à 22:00). Et envoyer une réclamation depuis l’application, c’est quand vous avez fini par trouver où poser votre question car l’app est tellement bien faite qu’il faut une bonne demi douzaine d’étapes pour trouver où la poser !!!!
Bref, on paye pour un service, mais on reçoit une galère. 🤯

Simple et pratique
L’application est plutôt pas mal. On peut suivre les livreurs et les collecteurs. Les horaires sont tenus. Le linge est rendu comme on l’attend pour un pressing. Je referai.
