Super mais attention aux menus

Je commence aujourd’hui et je vais suivre les exercices à la lettre super !! Cependant je ne suivrais pas l alimentation qui pour moi suscite un réel soucis dans le fait que dans la première semaine il y a des œufs tous les jours au menu, ok pour les protéines mais pas pour le cholestérol 😏😉

Efficace et non traumatisant

Résultat -9kg et mon conjoint -7kg ! Pas de régime trop difficile mais au contraire un bon rééquilibrage alimentaire ! Je n’aurai jamais cru réussir grâce à une appli … ! Les premiers jours sont les plus difficiles ne rien lâcher et ne pas craquer dès le début. -3kg la première semaine. Pas de reprise de poids après plus d’un an !

Je commence aujourd’hui et je trouve que l’application est pas mal mais là pour la première semaine il y a tout le jour la même chose et je trouve dommage de ne pas pouvoir changer un petit peu dans la semaine mais sinon j’aime beaucoup l’application .👍🏻👍🏻
