Difficulté paiements
tBien Pour dispo chauffeurs (sauf arrivées airport) mais l appli demande régulièrement des choses bizarres et impossibles (aujourd’hui changer ma carte de paiement par une autre quasi identique). Il m est arrivé 2 fois en 3 mois d attendre des chauffeurs qui n arrivent pas, injoignables et me sont facturés quand même!
Bien lorsque le chauffeur ne change pas
L’application est correcte. Dommage que le chauffeur décide au dernier moment.
Problème de payement CB
Durant mon séjour en Floride, j’ai utilisé cette aplicación qui marchait très bien, jusqu’au jour où ma carte a été refusée. J’essaye avec une autre carte: même résultat. J’ai lu que d’autres utilisateurs on eu le même problème, et ça depuis des années mais le problème n’est toujours pas résolu. Par contre, ces mêmes cartes fonctionnent très bien avec le concurrent bien connu de tous, dont je ne citerais pas le nom. Dommage.
