Impossible de réinitialiser le mot de passe
L’application m’a automatiquement enlevé de mon compte et je ne me souviens plus de mot de passe. Il m’est impossible de réinitialiser le mot de passe le lien permettant de le faire par mail ne fonctionne pas.
Dommage..
Cela reste une bonne idée de la part du Crous de créer une application pour faciliter le transfert des données.
Le seul soucis est que la plateforme n’est pas encore au point pour son utilisation.
Par exemple, j’ai actuellement un problème à réparer au sein de mon logement et je n’arrive même pas à réinitialiser mon mot de passe via mon adresse mail.
Application à revoir malheureusement..
Réinitialisation mot de passe
Réinitialisation de mot passe impossible sur appli, il faut passer par un pc. Suggestion: pouvoir changer son statut via « Raccourcis » ce serait top !
