App MatiPay is the payment system that enables you to purchase in a few simple steps from vending machines using your IPhone.
The app is compatible with all distributors where the MatiPay payment module is installed: where you see the MatiPay logo, MatiPay is there!
Do you want to buy from vending machines but don't have your wallet? Don't have coins but fancy a coffee or a snack?

How does it work?
- Download the app from the store
- Turn on Bluetooth
- Register or log in with Apple ID or Facebook
- Connect to the vending machine by approaching your iPhone
- Top up your virtual wallet with coins and / or credit card or PayPal
- Start buying directly from the MatiPay app with your IPhone!
With the MatiPay app you can:
- receive discounts and exclusive promotions
- book your break (available upon activation)
- collect points with the loyalty program (available upon activation)
- send credit to your friends
- keep track of the products you buy
- associate NFC gadgets to buy even in places where the phone is not allowed (available upon activation)
- report malfunctions of the distributor
- report out of stock products
How can I top up my virtual purse with coins?
To recharge with coins: connect to the vending machine by bringing the phone close to the MatiPay payment module and wait a few seconds: the orange LED will light up.
Is the led orange? You are connected! Insert the coins into the coin mechanism and the credit will be updated in real time!
Select the product you want to buy!
How can I top up my virtual wallet with a credit card?
To recharge by credit card: click on the ""Recharge"" button on the Homepage and enter the data from your credit card.
At the end of the recharge procedure, connect to the distributor and select the product you want to buy!

Version 4.6.1
A new version of the app is available! We constantly update our services in order to improve the shopping experience.
With this update we provide more details for some error cases, we update the tutorials in the support section and the frequently asked questions section.
You can connect thanks to the "Connect" button or by bringing your smartphone close to the module installed at the point of sale. The release also includes the resolution of some minor bugs. How does the APP work?

- Bring your device close to the vending machine;
- Top up your wallet with coins or credit card.

Impossible de recharger le compte
Cela fait 1 mois que je n’arrive plus à recharger mon compte. Au début, cela me mettait un message du genre « impossible d’effectuer cette action pour le moment ». J’ai donc contacté le service client (qui m’a répondu un message pré-enregistré en italien) et ai essayé de dissocier ma carte de mon compte, désinstaller l’application, se déconnecter etc. Et maintenant je n’arrive même plus à entrer une carte bleue (message « oups un problème est survenu »). Et bien évidemment le service client ne fait rien. Très déçue.
Je veux juste du café
Étant de passage dans une entreprise qui utilise votre système je peux vous dire que c est horrible à utiliser, pourquoi ne pas avoir juste un système de sans contact pour payer le café ? Je n ai pas envie de passer 10min à créer un compte pour vous fair plaisir et vous donner ma géo localisation mais mais pourquoi ? On dirait un délire de tech qui a oublié que plus c’est simple mieux c’est au delà de ça on comprend bien le plan de ne pouvoir recharger que par 5€ super idée pour les personnes de passage je vais donc devoir boire 12 cafés dans la journée :) prendre des avis de clients peut être une idée …
Appli honteuse usant l’abus de monopole
Application honteuse, absolument inutile. J’espère ne plus jamais avoir à utiliser ce système épouvantable. Concept pourri, exécution minable. À la place de pouvoir utiliser une carte de crédit avec le sans contact, ou encore des systèmes comme Apple Pay, préparez vous à devoir utiliser cette application vous forçant à charger un crédit (minimum 5€) sur un compte qui ne vous servira QU’À BOIRE VOTRE CAFÉ.
Ne surtout pas installer, ne cédez pas!
