Description
MELCloud is the new generation of Cloud based control for Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning, Heating and Heat Recovery Ventilation products. MELCloud provides users with effortless control of their devices whether they are out or are just lying on their sofa at home.
MELCloud provides Live Controls, Scenes, Weekly and Seasonal Timers providing complete flexibility for controlling several Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning, Heating or Heat Recovery Ventilation systems from a single device or location.
Logging and Error notification is also possible from both local and remote systems when they are connected to MELCloud.
Localised information such as Weather Feeds and Customer Support contact details are also provided by the MELCloud application.
The application is optimised and will automatically detect screen size and resize to fit your phones screen and resolution giving you full control and access on your smartphone screen.
The MELCloud Service is available throughout Europe, and the application has been designed with the majority of European languages supported at release with further language support planned in future releases.
An official Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Interface will be required to connect each Air Conditioning indoor unit, Heating system or Heat Recovery Ventilation system to MELCloud.

Really average - still important points to make
apres l’installation complete (boitier wifi inclus) de ma maison par un professionnel, j’ai installer l’application sur mon mobile très facilement. De manière générale l’application semble facile à utiliser MAIS je ne comprends les points suivants :
En programmation hebdomadaire, impossible de paramétrer le mode « silencieux » pour la nuit. Au niveau sonore c’est vraiment LE GROS POINT d’amélioration à faire
Je ne comprends pas la synchronisation des infos entre les télécommandes et l’application
Manque un historique des modifications
Manque un état global des connexions en wifi de vos appareils.
Au besoin, je suis preneur de vos remarques et de la réponse du développeur

after the complete installation (wifi box included) of my home by a professional, I install the application on my mobile very easily. In general the application seems easy to use BUT I do not understand the following points:
- In weekly programming, you can not set the "silent" mode for the night. At the sound level it's really THE BIG POINT of improvement to do
- I do not understand the synchronization of information between remote controls and the application
- Missing a change history
- Missed a global state of wifi connections of your devices.
If necessary, I am interested in your comments and the developer's response

Très pratique
Ergonomique et très facile d utilisation
Personnalisable
Bien sur perfectible : la température des différents splits sur la vue de synthèse n’est pas assez souvent rafraîchie, le rapport de conso en multisplit est assez étonnant car principalement affectée a un split qui doit porter seul la conso estimee du bloc extérieur
Mais bon, très pratique et semble fonctionner tout le temps ce qui nest pas forcément le cas des applis de pilotage atlantic ( sauter et autres) qui sont toujours en panne quand vous en avez besoin…

Bien mais manque des fonctions
Application pratique pour la programmation hebdomadaire. Beaucoup plus pratique que la télécommande. Seul bémol, l'impossibilité de programmer avec le mode de ventilation nuit/silencieux. Obligé de l'activer avec la télécommande avant de se coucher. À quand cette fonction ?
Maj : après 1 an, la fonction n’est toujours pas là...
