Are you looking for useful information on how to improve the handling, charging and parking performance of your Mercedes-Benz electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle? The Mercedes-Benz Eco Coach App assists you in using and optimising your vehicle on the basis of real data by providing useful tips and explanations on how to use your vehicle in a sustainable and resource-saving manner by reference to your individual driving, charging and parking activities.
Rewards for sustainable use of your vehicle: In the Mercedes-Benz Eco Coach App you receive points for your individual activities, which can subsequently be exchanged for attractive bonus rewards. You can also take up exciting challenges to boost your points tally.
The Mercedes-Benz Eco Coach App additionally provides you with a simple and convenient means of controlling your all-electric vehicle's maximum state of charge, allowing you to determine the level to which you wish to charge your battery.
Simply install the Mercedes-Benz Eco Coach App on your smartphone, activate the Mercedes-Benz Eco Coach service at the Mercedes me Portal and away you go.

Compatible EQA?
En sélectionnant l’EQA 250, associé dans Mercedes me, l’application m’informe qu’il faut sélectionner un véhicule adéquat ( a propulsion électrique)… Est il possible de rajouter l’eqa dans la liste des véhicules adéquat ?
Mise à jour : l’EQA est maintenant reconnu dans l’application. Merci à l’équipe de développement Mercedes pour la réactivité.

Appli motivante
Rouler en silence tout en faisant des économies de carburant c’est déjà incitatif.
Cette application apporte en outre une touche attrayante et ludique pour diminuer l’impact carbone sur notre pauvre planète !

Application ne fonctionne plus
Bonne application mais depuis 2 jours l’application n’est plus opérationnelle. Est ce dû à la mise à jour ? Merci de votre retour.
