Description
MICHELIN Safe&Drive is a solution comprising a smart device fitted with acceleration sensors that detect collisions, a multitasking application and a Michelin support platform.
This solution provides several safety and mobility solutions, including: an automatic or manual emergency call service with assistance dispatched immediately in the event of an accident or medical emergency; dedicated and personalized mobility services by telephone or chat (indication of the nearest fuel station or car park, road traffic, weather forecasts, restaurant advice and booking, etc.); a "find my car" feature that automatically records the last position of the vehicle when the phone and device are unpaired; telephone support if there is a need for tire information, help with its All Along device, technical questions, etc.
MICHELIN Safe&Drive is: significantly enhanced passenger safety; faster arrival of assistance in the event of an emergency; Michelin advisers available 24/7; quick and easy self-installation; your personal data protected and not shared.
